The Service Advisor - Vehicle Maintenance Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vehicles are properly maintained and repaired. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, and provide them with accurate and timely information about their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
- Vehicle Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of customers' vehicles to identify any potential issues or needed repairs.
- Repair Order Management: Manage repair orders from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary work is completed and that customers are informed of any changes or updates.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of repairs.
