Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC is seeking a highly motivated Outreach Coordinator to join our team. As an Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in advancing our energy efficiency programs by fostering relationships with community organizations, government agencies, stakeholders, and utility commercial and industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage communities in energy efficiency and environmental justice initiatives.
- Cultivate partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, utility customers, and stakeholders to drive participation in utility energy efficiency programs.
- Conduct outreach to utility commercial and industrial customers, promoting their involvement in strategic energy management, retrocommissioning, and other programs.
- Identify, engage, and onboard trade allies or service providers that sell and install energy-efficient equipment.
- Raise awareness about EIP's projects, initiatives, and contributions to resource efficiency, renewable energy, and environmental justice.
- Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and presentations to promote understanding and involvement in sustainable practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, or environmental studies.
- 3+ years of experience in community outreach, partnership development, or a related outreach or sales role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse community stakeholders, utility customers, and trade allies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to plan and execute successful outreach initiatives.

- Exposure to cutting-edge projects and technologies in the energy sector.
- $60,000-$80,000 annual salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Performance bonus dependent on company and personal performance.
