Southern Oregon Territory Sales Representative

Groundworks Industries is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our wholesale team for the Southern Oregon Territory. The ideal candidate will be an elite sales professional who consistently delivers results, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can create relationships that drive revenue.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience representing OLCC licensed cannabis products across all categories, including top-shelf indoor flower. They will be an expert at managing full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals and servicing ongoing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dominate the Southern Oregon Territory by driving aggressive growth and increasing market share.
- Build strong, lasting partnerships with key cannabis clients, showcasing premium products like premium indoor flower.
- Create opportunities and generate new leads via high-volume contact outreach through emails, calls, and in-person visits and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Develop a deep understanding of Groundworks' unique product offerings, using your expertise to elevate sales performance.
- Responsible for achieving/exceeding individual and team revenue goals.
- Contribute to an optimistic and supportive team environment in a way that elevates morale, sharing concerns with management when needed.
- Support all organizational goals to deliver exemplary customer service.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize sales efforts, strategize, and provide product/customer feedback to support the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of top-tier sales performance, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- The ability to establish and maintain deep, revenue-generating relationships with key accounts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, laser focus on targets, and the ability to independently manage your territory.
- Expertise in managing full sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals and servicing ongoing accounts.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time with a relentless commitment to exceeding sales goals.
- Adaptability and tolerance to fast-paced business growth.
- Comfort with typical business computing and technology; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for commuting among locations within assigned region.
- Hold a valid Marijuana's Handlers Permit where required.
- Cannabis experience and knowledge is required.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations required for working in the cannabis space.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel daily in retail and production environments that include concrete or other hard-surface floors and, in some instances, staircases.
- Ability to travel 80% of the time via car.
- Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.
- Ability to maintain focus and memory in environments with distractions such as heavy foot traffic, background noise due to public conversations, and the gathering of people, etc.
- Absent conditions that would prevent the occasional use of PPE such as safety glasses, masks, etc.
- Ability to sit at a desk and work at a computer for several continuous hours.
