Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. This role will be based in our Boston Logan Airport branch and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service through email communication
  • Support branch and rental needs
  • Gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience
  • Provide administrative support, customer assistance, and act as a rental backup
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of prior customer service experience
  • Valid US driver's license required
  • No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years

Schedule
