Our primary focus is on the commercial truck tire market, catering to a wide range of tire needs from small vehicles to heavy machinery.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of Junior Tire Service Specialist. This entry-level position requires no prior experience, as we are dedicated to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with various tire types and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change and service a variety of tires including passenger, light truck, loader, farm, ATV, and lawn and garden.
  • Perform tire repairs and replacements, ensuring quality service.
  • Remove and replace mounted tire assemblies from vehicles.
  • Identify repairable tires and execute repairs while discarding those that are beyond repair.
  • Document all work performed clearly on tags, work orders, and invoices.
  • Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks efficiently.
  • Utilize provided safety equipment such as gloves, jack stands, and safety glasses.
  • Report any tools or equipment needing repair and communicate any safety concerns to management.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Review service work orders for completeness before submission to management.
  • Ensure all products are accompanied by the correct paperwork upon leaving the facility.
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties as required to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and prioritize customer needs effectively.
  • Operate various equipment including lift gates, service tools, and hydraulic jacks.

Qualifications:

  • Driver's License preferred.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to exert varying amounts of force, frequently handling objects and performing tasks that involve reaching, grasping, and distinguishing colors. The role may involve climbing, balancing, stooping, and kneeling as necessary.
