With 22 full-service locations across New England, a modern Distribution Center, and multiple retread facilities, we proudly employ over 300 dedicated individuals and maintain a fleet of service and delivery vehicles. Our primary focus is on the commercial truck tire sector, catering to a wide range of tire needs from small equipment to heavy machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the store manager and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Filling in for the store manager during their absence, ensuring continuity of service.
- Collaborating with the store manager to oversee daily store functions and assist in training and mentoring staff.
- Managing employee schedules, time-clock reporting, and task assignments.
- Engaging with customers to recommend products and services tailored to their needs.
- Handling administrative tasks, including paperwork and utilizing company systems for billing and inventory management.
- Acting as a shop foreman and service writer when necessary.
- Providing support at the front desk and assisting with customer inquiries.
- Processing customer transactions and facilitating tire deliveries.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills with customers, employees, and vendors through various channels.
- Performing tire technician duties as required.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the tire industry.
- At least 3 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
