High-End Customer Service Representative

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional experiences for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and deliver personalized experiences for residents and guests* Develop and maintain relationships with residents and guests to understand their needs and preferences* Respond to resident and guest inquiries in an accurate and timely manner* Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions* Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times* Utilize software programs as per the needs of the community/property* Adhere to company standards for resident and guest services* Other tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
* A High School education or equivalent is required; college degree in hospitality management or business administration is a plus but not a requirement* Ability to fluently read and write English* Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions* Minimum of one year of high-end luxury or hospitality or property management experience preferred* Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of job's functions
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience).* The successful candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, decision-making and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently on occasion.
