Job Summary

Molex is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to drive the expansion of its RF/Microwave portfolio into new and strategic adjacent markets. This role will focus on developing and implementing global strategic business plans to aggressively grow the company's presence in targeted industries and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute global business development strategies to expand Molex's RF/Microwave portfolio into new markets and industries.
  2. Establish and convert a profitable pipeline of new customers to grow beyond the current core business.
  3. Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, and other support functions to achieve business objectives.
  4. Lead and manage the product lifecycle process from concept to launch, including product vision development and gathering and prioritizing customer requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong financial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, engineering, or business development in the RF connector industry.
  • Proven ability to influence key decision makers at senior levels of organizations.
  • Experience leading acquisition integration and executing commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
