As a key member of our NICU leadership team, you will be responsible for managing, assessing, and enhancing the provision of patient care services within the Intensive Care Unit on a 24/7 basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Director, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Medical Director, Physicians, and clinical staff to develop and implement staffing plans, scheduling, and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs.
  • Ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of excellence, quality, and safety within the NICU.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • A Master's degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor's degree in another field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree In Nursing.
Compensation and Benefits

Seattle Children's offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $123,000 to $184,642 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
