Clinical Practice Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Practice Manager to join our team at Seattle Children's Hospital. As a key member of our NICU leadership team, you will be responsible for managing, assessing, and enhancing the provision of patient care services within the Intensive Care Unit on a 24/7 basis.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Director, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Medical Director, Physicians, and clinical staff to develop and implement staffing plans, scheduling, and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs.
- Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- A Master's degree in Nursing may be substituted provided the incumbent also possesses a Bachelor's degree in another field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Masters Degree In Nursing.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $123,000 - $184,642 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
