Job Title: Assistant Residential Manager

Overview

Current USA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Residential Manager to join our team. As a key member of our residential services team, you will be responsible for providing daily supervision and support to our staff, ensuring the highest level of care and quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement behavior plans and treatment protocols to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the Program Manager to resolve staff issues and complete required paperwork
  • Train and supervise new staff to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Accompany residents on medical appointments and complete incident reports as needed
  • Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and attend staff meetings and annual recertification trainings

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, BA/BS preferred
  • One (1) year experience working with developmentally disabled adults, required
  • Valid NYS driver's license and approved to drive by Current USA's Transportation Department
  • Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavioral Support
