Residential Program Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Residential Program Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the residential unit assigned to them. This includes supervising and training Program Managers and other staff, as well as ensuring that each resident's support needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and ensure implementation of annual programs for students on caseload, including all clinical support areas.
- Complete documentation of annual program plans, including required summaries, progress notes, and assessments.
- Liaise between educational and residential settings for clinical support issues.
- Attend and actively participate in all IDT, quarterly, and annual meetings on behalf of students on caseload.
- Coordinate transitional supports for all students on caseload from age 14 until discharge from program.
- Participate in all screenings/referrals for potential admissions into CRP.
- Ensure all student supervision and BSP guidelines are maintained.
- Ensure fire drill requirements for students/staff are maintained.
- Includes on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in a related field required.
- Three years of managerial experience.
- Three years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
Essential Physical Demands:
- Must be able to modify the area to secure the safety of adults, including moving/pushing tables and other heavy objects up to 20 lbs.
- Must be able to lift/move/carry 20 lbs.
- Must be able to run after an individual up to 500 feet.
- Must be able to run to a program in need up to 500 feet.
- Must be able to kneel, twist, and bend.
- Must be able to respond to fire alarms.
- Must be able to perform all physical SCIP techniques.
