Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Support Specialist to join our team in Pecos, TX. This role will provide primary desktop support for Windows Operating System, Mobile Device Management Infrastructure, and Video Conferencing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to field locations in the surrounding area, requiring extensive travel and some overnight stays.
  • Ensure consistent processes, procedures, and technologies are utilized across the enterprise environment.
  • Understand and follow direction provided by team leads and managers of different products and towers.
  • Document recurring issues in the Knowledge Base.
  • Document case status and tasks/work completed with end-users in the ITSM system.
  • Rack and stack physical devices.
  • Install new Ethernet cabling (Mass cabling requirements handled through a vendor).
  • Perform basic networking troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintain MACD activities for end-user LAN and voice devices.
  • Connect to device consoles and share screens through Microsoft Teams/Webex.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated background in one or more IT field technologies, with 5 years combined experience.
  • Proficient in supporting technologies such as Mobile Device Management, Active Directory Administration, Windows 10 Operating System, Microsoft Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, Macs, Networking, Microsoft Intune, Printers, Video Conferencing systems, Azure MFA, Desktop imaging, and strong customer service skills.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
