Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Sales Performance: Lead initiatives to boost the effectiveness of the sales team by crafting and implementing strategies that inspire and empower team members to meet and surpass sales objectives.

  • Act as a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, serving as a strategic partner. Be prepared to travel and engage directly with clients.
  • Utilize Data for Decision Making: Leverage analytics in partnership with Revenue Operations to make informed decisions, continuously refining sales strategies.
  • Foster a Collaborative Culture: Promote an inclusive and supportive team environment that values diverse backgrounds and experiences, encouraging continuous learning and shared success.
  • Adapt to a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-energy work setting.
  • Lead Complex Negotiations: Oversee intricate sales negotiations within government programs to highlight our unique value proposition and enhance customer lifetime value.
Qualifications

We seek candidates who possess a majority of the following skills, which are essential for success in this role:

  • Over 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven history of success in navigating complex sales cycles in the public sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through scalable and repeatable processes. Experience with MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales methodologies is essential.
  • Foster a culture of sales excellence, ensuring consistent implementation of sales processes and new business generation strategies.
  • Effectively manage the sales team with a holistic view of accounts, establishing accurate forecasts to meet revenue goals while maintaining a long-term perspective.
  • Experience in SaaS or Human Capital Management is preferred but not mandatory.
