Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist to join our team at Liberty Ford. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to all callers and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and minimizing wait times.
  • Process cash transactions, including receiving payments, making change, and issuing receipts.
  • Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner and handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
  • Reconcile cash drawers daily and report any discrepancies to the Office Manager.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning documents, posting rentals, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and services, their features, and any changes in price or promotions.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of cashiering and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Professional personal appearance and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Ability to work well with customers and co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to stand, sit, and walk the showroom floor, lift at least 15 pounds on occasion, and have close and distance vision.
