- Handle and balance the cash drawer daily
- Process cash, check, and credit card receipts for sales, parts, and service departments
- Maintain dealer license plate inventory
- Perform light filing and other administrative tasks
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills, with a positive and outgoing personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and a dynamic work environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership
- Team player with integrity and strong work ethics, and a professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with computer and math skills and CDK experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the USA required
