Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Answer and transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to the appropriate person or department.
  • Cash Handling: Responsible for handling and balancing the cash drawer daily.
  • Transaction Processing: Process cash, check, and credit card receipts for sales, parts, and service departments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain dealer license plate inventory.
