We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Patient Service Specialist to join our team at Select Physical Therapy. As a key member of our front desk team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional service and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register new patients, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage their schedules with ease
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collect co-pays and manage patient payments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide patients with important information about their next appointment and ensure they have a smooth transition throughout their care journey
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of front desk experience and 1 year of scheduling experience
  • Insurance verification experience and healthcare experience a plus
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout a work day/shift
  • Manual dexterity to enable typing and use of computer programs
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs and carry office supplies
  • Visual acuity and ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions
