Role Summary

The primary responsibility of the Guest Services Manager is to assist management in supervising the Front Desk operations and staff, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all hotel guests during their arrival and departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and requests.
  2. Assist in training, scheduling, and monitoring the performance of Front Desk, PBX, and Bell/Valet personnel.
  3. Adhere to established procedures for managing daily Front Desk operations, including guest registration, room assignments, and check-out processes.
  4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  5. Ensure effective communication of information to the next shift to maintain continuity of service.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with fluency in English. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role at a comparable hotel is essential. Strong mathematical skills and basic computer proficiency are necessary. Familiarity with professional telephone etiquette is also required.
