Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver desktop support and IT services to multiple company sites.
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software challenges on company devices, including PCs, printers, and servers.
  • Efficiently manage moves, adds, and changes (MAC) responsibilities.
  • Install and configure necessary hardware and software.
  • Conduct basic networking troubleshooting to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Utilize knowledge of Active Directory for effective user and device management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at on-site locations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to various sites as required to deliver field IT support services.
  • Create, monitor, and resolve service tickets, prioritizing critical issues for prompt resolution.
  • Install devices and collaborate with the network team to ensure optimal device performance.
  • Perform server cable patching to support site operations.
  • Foster strong and positive relationships with customers to meet their IT requirements.
Compensation

Minimum: USD $27.00/Hr.
Maximum: USD $28.00/Hr.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in desktop support and IT services.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and Active Directory.
  • Capability to manage moves, adds, and changes effectively.
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
  • Willingness to travel between locations for hands-on technical support.
