Key Responsibilities:

  • Employees may be relocated to different departments according to production demands and individual performance.
  • All personnel are tasked with sanitation duties, which include but are not limited to: covering, scraping, washing, and disinfecting equipment.
  • Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), workplace regulations, and supervisory instructions is mandatory to ensure product quality.

Requirements:

  • Capability to lift and/or transport up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to remain standing for extended periods and move around the facility.

Training Requirements:

New hires must complete training and assessments on the following subjects upon employment and bi-annually thereafter:

  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Food Safety
  • Allergen Awareness
  • Chemical Safety
  • Lock Out-Tag Out Procedures

Literacy Skills:

Must be able to comprehend documents such as safety guidelines, operational instructions, and procedural manuals.

Work Environment:

The characteristics of the work environment are typical of those encountered while performing essential job functions. Employees may frequently work near moving mechanical components and hazardous chemicals.

  • The noise level in the workplace is generally very high.

Physical Requirements:
