We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Sales and Operations Specialist to join our team at Advisor Group. As a Sr. Advisor Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and Develop New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large wirehouse institutions, registered investment advisors, independent broker dealers, and other key stakeholders in the insurance industry.
  • Recruit and Educate New Producers: Develop and implement training programs to educate new producers on the use of insurance products and solutions in their practice.
  • Provide Expertise and Support: Offer in-depth product knowledge and exceptional customer service to support producers in their sales efforts.
  • Manage and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Insurance License: Must hold a valid insurance license.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in brokerage new business or life insurance company experience, with 3+ years of relevant financial services industry experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer, including carrier and vendor websites.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
