HR Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, administering benefits programs, and supporting recruitment efforts.
Job Requirements:To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role. Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are also essential.
- Experience: 3+ years in a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to policies.
- Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $48,000 - $58,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
