Role Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Complete Family Care Inc. This role involves communicating with customers to identify their needs, process requests, and provide solutions that ensure they have a great experience with our company.

The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and able to remain calm under pressure. They should be comfortable using computers and customer management software, and possess excellent phone and verbal communication skills.

This position requires a high school diploma/GED and previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred. The ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive a high volume of inbound calls and interactions
  • Identify the reason for the call, collect relevant information, and provide solutions
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions
  • Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
