Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow Job Description

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in Pace, Florida. As a member of our educational community, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to deliver high-quality services to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals for students.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Must be a clinical fellow (SLP-CFY).
  • Experience working with school-aged children with various speech and language disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Ability to create a supportive and engaging therapy environment for students.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
