Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in a school-based setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals for students to address their unique needs.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the development of students' educational plans.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current clinical fellowship status (SLP-CFY) with a strong commitment to professional growth and development.
  • Experience working with school-aged children with various speech and language disorders, with a focus on creating a supportive and engaging therapy environment.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools, intervention techniques, and best practices in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
