About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Success Organization at NAVEX Global as an Enablement Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting CSO Operations leadership and cross-functional business partners, driving operational excellence and contributing to the CSO's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead CSO onboarding program administration, including new hire product access, tracking, outreach, and training assignments.
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to validate learning objectives, help needs, accuracy, and incorporate feedback.
  • Develop and maintain centralized CSO training programs, using instructional design and adult learning concepts.
  • Lead ad-hoc workshops and maintain NAVEX Compass SharePoint site for the CSO organization.
  • Develop routine reporting for training initiatives and various enablement projects.
  • Manage the Skilljar learning portal and coordinate technical equipment, meetings, meals, and refreshments as needed.
  • Manage projects with accuracy, transparency, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an enablement or operations role, preferably supporting customer success or customer support teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Smartsheet, Articulate 360 or Skilljar software tools a plus.
  • Highly effective in facilitating cross-functional and team collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
