Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Care.
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Texas.
  • Valid DEA license.
