Job Summary

The County of Ventura CA is seeking a highly skilled Custodian I/II to join our team. As a key member of our General Services Agency, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform custodial duties, including cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining facilities and equipment.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed.
  • Assist with special events and projects as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in custodial or maintenance work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
