Clinical Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Bone Marrow Transplant team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
Role Overview:- Provide clinical support to staff members and assist with coordinating care for a caseload of ambulatory patients receiving Allo and Auto transplants.
- Perform intake eligibility assessments, coordinate care, and assist with management of patients receiving Car T Cell therapy.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Act as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide continuity of care throughout various stages of treatment and follow-up.
- Participate in an individualized training/orientation program geared to providing nursing care in an ambulatory setting.
- New York State RN license and BSN.
- 2 years recent experience with Hematology Oncology patients desirable.
- 1.5 years of oncology experience in bone marrow transplant/liquid tumor highly preferred.
- BMT National certification strongly preferred.
- Ambulatory care experience preferred.
- BCLS.
