About the Job

This role reports to the Senior Director of HR and is responsible for developing and executing talent development and performance management initiatives that align with the strategic goals and needs of the organization and its workforce.

The ideal candidate will assess corporate-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify, provide, and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive leadership, management, and employee skills development programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to ensure training and development programs meet corporate strategic plan goals, departmental needs, and employee needs.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, courses, workshops, and other learning interventions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
  • Oversee and monitor the performance evaluation program.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in HR development and adult learning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, education, communication, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in professional development, training, and strategic planning.
