Compensation and Benefits

A competitive compensation package is offered to the successful candidate, including a salary of $300,000 for a 1099 contractor or hospital-employed position. Additionally, the hospital provides 13 weeks of paid time off per year, including sick leave and CME days. The company also offers $12,500 annually for student loan assistance, up to $5,000 for relocation, and excellent health, dental, and vision benefits. Malpractice coverage is provided for hospital-employed staff and partially covered for 1099 contractors.

Responsibilities and Facility Details

The successful candidate will work as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, with OR times from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm. On-call duties are 1 in 4 weeks, with mostly OB deliveries. The hospital performs a range of procedures, including bread and butter cases, pediatric cases, and averages 270 deliveries per year. Malpractice coverage is provided for hospital-employed staff and partially covered for 1099 contractors.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will hold a National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification. New graduates and experienced candidates are welcomed to apply.
