CRNA Position

A competitive compensation package is offered for this Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position, including a salary of $300,000 for 1099 contractors or hospital-employed positions. Additionally, 13 weeks of paid time off per year, including sick leave and CME days, are provided. A $12,500 annual stipend for student loan assistance is also available.

Up to $5,000 in relocation assistance is offered to support the transition to this rural area.

Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits are provided, as well as malpractice coverage for hospital-employed CRNAs and partial coverage for 1099 contractors.

This 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offers a variety of cases, including OB deliveries, ortho, and endoscopic procedures. The CRNA will work Monday to Friday, with mostly OB deliveries and an average of 270 deliveries per year. On-call is 1 in 4 weeks.

The ideal candidate will have a National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) certification and a strong cultural fit for this rural community. New graduates and experienced CRNAs are welcomed to apply.
