CRNA Position

We offer a highly competitive compensation package for our Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position, including a salary of $300,000 for 1099 contractors or hospital-employed positions. Additionally, we provide 13 weeks of paid time off per year, including sick leave and CME days. Our benefits package also includes $12,500 annually for student loan assistance, up to $5,000 for relocation, and excellent health, dental, and vision benefits. Malpractice coverage is provided by the hospital for employees and partially covered for 1099 contractors.

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at our 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, with OR times from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, and will be on call 1 in 4 weeks with mostly OB deliveries. Our hospital performs a variety of cases, including bread and butter cases, pediatric cases, and averages 270 deliveries per year. Malpractice coverage is paid for hospital-employed CRNAs and partially covered for 1099 contractors.
