Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute quality control process plans.
  • Conduct quality assurance operations for equipment with significant technical complexity to verify adherence to specifications and engineering designs.
  • Oversee Finished Quality Control by validating specifications, managing product rework, and confirming successful rework.
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to established standards and regulations.
  • Ensure thorough documentation related to inspections is maintained, including reports and logs.
  • Communicate quality issues or findings to relevant stakeholders and ensure effective implementation of corrective measures.
  • Technical training is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly in an inspection role.
  • Proficiency in Procore is strongly recommended.
  • Experience in safety protocols is advantageous.
  • Prior exposure to industrial settings is beneficial.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Quality-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Technical aptitude, including the ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and diagrams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage daily inspection tasks effectively.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.
  • Efficient in conducting inspections.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in collaboration with production teams.
