Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute quality control process plans.
- Conduct quality assurance operations for equipment with significant technical complexity to verify adherence to specifications and engineering designs.
- Oversee Finished Quality Control by validating specifications, managing product rework, and confirming successful rework.
- Promote a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to established standards and regulations.
- Ensure thorough documentation related to inspections is maintained, including reports and logs.
- Communicate quality issues or findings to relevant stakeholders and ensure effective implementation of corrective measures.
- Technical training is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly in an inspection role.
- Proficiency in Procore is strongly recommended.
- Experience in safety protocols is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to industrial settings is beneficial.
- Quality-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Technical aptitude, including the ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and diagrams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage daily inspection tasks effectively.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.
- Efficient in conducting inspections.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in collaboration with production teams.
