Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting the Director in the operational performance of Non-Invasive Cardiac Services, including ECG, EEG, and ECHO. The successful candidate will be accountable for leading the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care to patients and assisting the Director in analyzing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and communicating processes and programs that enhance and integrate services within the service line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic business plans for the service line.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of processes and programs that enhance and integrate services within the service line.
- Collaborate with the Director to analyze, plan, implement, evaluate, and communicate processes and programs.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- BSN preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years in clinical practice for the population to be served is required.
- Licensed as an RN in the State of Texas.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
Work Environment:
CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Medical Center (CSRH-MC) is a 178-bed facility located in the South Texas Medical Center. The hospital provides a high level of care through compassionate hands, experienced physicians, and advanced technology, including the da Vinci Surgical Robot System and the MakoTM Robotic-Arm Assisted System.
