**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of our systems, performing remote troubleshooting, and compiling data to generate Fault related reports.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Monitor the performance of our systems using the Monitoring Control Console (MCC) workstations
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Compile data and generate Fault related reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Assist in system-wide software deployment activities and monitor performance post-deployment
  • Generate backend reports for investigation purposes and support in all systems and MCC workstation-related tasks
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements:**

  • Possess a Nitec in Engineering qualification
  • No experience is required, as training will be provided
  • Accuracy in processing information and proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays

**Working Conditions:**

  • Working hours: 5 days rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays (7am to 4:30pm / 1pm to 10pm)
  • Salary: Up to $2800 + AWS + VB
  • Location: Macpherson
