  • Support services include, but are not limited to:
    • Offsite backup tape maintenance
    • Port operations maintenance support, including:
      • Cranes maintenance - visual checks on network devices, power cables, UTP, and fibre for any physical damage
  • Supervise and escort contractors for hardware/equipment replacement, such as network switches and servers.
  • Involve in relocation/redeployment/movement of hardware/equipment from premise to premise.
  • Perform basic networking and PC troubleshooting.

**Requirements:**
