Key Responsibilities

  • Perform verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) in accordance with in-house Metrology SOPs.
  • Maintain in-house calibration and qualification tools to ensure they are timely calibrated and maintained.
  • Coordinate with external third-party vendors to support various services, including calibration, PM, qualification, and repairs.
  • Ensure that external third-party vendors are qualified under customer off-site and on-site requirements prior to service job execution.
  • Respond to on-site service requests in accordance with guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Identify and recommend inventory types and quantities of critical equipment service parts, verification/calibration/PM kits, and service tools replacements to minimize instrument downtime and budget planning.
  • Ensure accurate documentation creation, management, updates, and tracking of services rendered in this program, using in-house assistant management systems.

Requirements

  • Effective communication and coordination with customers, vendors, and multi-functional teams to ensure services can be carried out effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
