Job Overview

Fenix Parts Inc, a pioneering force in automotive recycling, is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Recovery Specialist to join our team.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Retrieval: Safely remove automotive parts from vehicles in our salvage yards, utilizing forklifts and other lift equipment as needed.
  • Operational Efficiency: Effectively manage the removal, storage, and labeling of parts, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of removed parts, identifying defects and accurately recording data in our computer systems.
  • Environmental Integrity: Properly dispose of scrap and core materials, adhering to environmental regulations and company standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in automotive repair or removal, with a strong understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
  • Skillset: Excellent mechanical aptitude, ability to work outside in various weather conditions, and possession of essential mechanical tools.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and perform physical tasks related to part removal and storage.
