Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Light Duty Vehicle Recovery Specialist to join our team at Ed's 24 Hr. Service. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and customer service and be able to operate light duty tow trucks and equipment.

About the Role: As a Light Duty Vehicle Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for recovering light duty vehicles from accidents and other incidents. You will work closely with our dispatch team to ensure that all calls are responded to in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities: • Recover light duty vehicles from accidents and other incidents
• Operate light duty tow trucks and equipment, including rollbacks and winches
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on vehicles as needed
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements: • Current DOT Physical
• Pass Drug test according to DOT requirements
• Pass Background check
• Be insurable under company's Insurance carrier
• High school diploma or GED
• Thorough knowledge of equipment used
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work safely and efficiently

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
