Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in upholding the standards of Won't Stop Hospitality Inc. This position reports directly to the General Manager and has supervisory responsibilities for all hourly employees. The Assistant Manager is responsible for three key areas: upholding the company's vision, leading and developing staff, and maintaining the safety and sanitation of the kitchen and food storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Development: Coach and train staff to elevate the market perception of Won't Stop as Radically Different and Radically Better.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of subordinate staff, assist with hiring, training, and performing reviews for all FOH and BOH hourly staff.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards, maintain store compliance with all ServSafe certification and liquor license permitting.
  • Customer Service: Address all guest concerns utilizing established systems for reporting and follow-up.
  • Inventory and Maintenance: Assist with inventory, ensure ethical use of company resources, and maintain store compliance with all preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements:

  • Understand, communicate, and ensure staff and customer understanding of company-wide initiatives.
  • Work with General Manager and Kitchen Manager to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist the General Manager and Kitchen Manager with inventory ensuring ethical use of company resources.
  • Adhere to accurate and honest accounting practices.
  • Maintain Patachou's high standards of quality in all aspects of daily operations while protecting all company assets and property.

Salary Range: $55,000-60,000
