Early Intervention Physical Therapist

Criterion Child Enrichment is a leading provider of early intervention services for children with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing high-quality services to families in the community.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of early intervention specialists. The successful candidate will work with families to provide education, training, and support to help their children learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities- Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area
- Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families
- Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development
- Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
- Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
