About Our Early Intervention Program

Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention team. Our program provides services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development. The ideal candidate will utilize a parent coaching model in work with families and participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
