Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to supporting the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy services to children in their homes, at our early intervention centers, and in the community.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans to support each child's unique needs.
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
  • Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
  • Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Ability to use computer-based technology including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
