Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and various marketing initiatives.

Engage with potential clients to assess their insurance requirements.

Present and clarify insurance offerings, emphasizing benefits and coverage options.

Tailor insurance programs to meet the distinct needs of each client.

Meet or surpass sales objectives and quotas.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Provide continuous support and service to clients, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns.

Conduct regular assessments of clients' insurance policies to ensure they remain suitable and cost-effective.

Product Knowledge and Education:

Stay updated on various insurance products, including life, health, property, casualty, and business insurance.

Keep abreast of changes in insurance regulations and industry developments.

Educate clients on the insurance policies they acquire and how these fulfill their needs.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare and submit insurance applications and policy renewals.

Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions.

Follow up with underwriters and provide necessary information for policy approval.

Compliance and Ethics:

Ensure all sales activities adhere to state and federal regulations and company policies.

Conduct business with the utmost ethical standards and integrity.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless client service.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.


Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a similar field is advantageous and considered a plus.

Licensing: Must possess relevant state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or be willing to obtain them within a specified timeframe.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Must have solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attributes: Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A high level of integrity and professionalism is crucial, along with a passion for helping clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
