Insurance Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Small Business Account Manager to join our team at Sherman Insurance Agency Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our small business clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our small business client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Process changes to policies and prepare necessary documents
- Handle monthly renewal reports and update renewals in AMS360
- Property and Casualty license required
- 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge with AMS360
- High level of ethics and professionalism
