The Customer Experience Representative (CXR) role is a vital position within our National/Alamo brand. The CXR is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive. This role includes facilitating the rental process by verifying and documenting necessary driver information, thereby ensuring a smooth rental and return experience.
The starting pay for this role is $16.62 per hour.

Key ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking candidates for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers in a professional and timely manner
- Delivering superior customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and available services
- Utilizing approved sales techniques to identify customer needs and recommend additional products, upgrades, and services
- Providing customers with local area information, directions, and service details
- Handling incoming calls for reservations, inquiries, and customer support
- Making outbound calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks
- Assisting in evaluating the condition of vehicles upon return
- Reporting any customer or vehicle issues to management
- Continuously enhancing skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored programs
- Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or sales within retail, guest services, or administrative support is necessary
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Availability to work the specified schedule: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm
- This role requires a strong interest in sales.
