Job Overview
The Ladders is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to enhance our expanding finance department.

This role will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will play a crucial part in the development of our financial operations.

We are in search of candidates with a robust background in small business and startup accounting, possessing 5-7 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage transaction postings and categorize records as directed by the accounting manager within the general ledger.

- Generate invoices for clients, document sales, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

- Compile monthly cash flow reports.

- Execute month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Reconcile sub-ledger accounts with general ledger balances.

- Assess monthly closing procedures and create inventory reports.

- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements.

- Develop weekly and monthly profit and loss projection reports for headquarters.

- Report directly to the Accounting Manager or CFO.

- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; adept with spreadsheets.

- Familiarity with U.S. GAAP standards.

- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

- CPA certification is advantageous.

- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is highly preferred.
