Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our UMG Identity Governance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring our Identity Management environment functions at peak efficiency.

The successful candidate will be a team player who can effectively communicate with business end users, technical IT teams, business partners, network providers, and business process outsourced vendors, all while being sensitive to a wide diversity of cultural and technical backgrounds in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build integrations between the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform and other enterprise systems, including onboarding of applications, implementing role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD), and implementing changes related to enhancements and fixing issues.
  • Work as part of an engineering and development team to define requirements, create documentation, and provide subject matter expertise in the design, development, testing, implementation, and integration of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  • Ensure the maintenance, patching, operating, and monitoring of IAM systems is in place and completed.

Requirements:

  • Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud Platform development experience.
  • Knowledge of different integration patterns such as AD, Delimited, JDBC, Web Services/API, and LDAP for onboarding of applications into Saviynt.
  • ServiceNow knowledge - understands integration and workflow with Saviynt.
  • Knowledge on how to troubleshoot in Saviynt.
  • Knowledge on role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD) (this is for audit purposes).
  • Ability to define roles.
  • IAM Solutions Experience.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management concepts including ITIL, SLAs, and Change Control.
  • Solid technical skills in the Identity Management space, including Active Directory.
  • Minimum of five years directly related experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong ability for troubleshooting and problem analysis.
  • Ability to clearly communicate the results of problem analysis to business stakeholders and IT support teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or closely related field or comparable education and experience.
  • IT Certifications including MCSE Certification specialization in Identity Management, Certified Access Management Specialist (CAMS), and ITIL Foundations certifications.
  • International experience beneficial; multiple language skills a plus.

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
